Overview:
You've accidentally started a chain reaction that may destroy the entire universe.
You've got to go warn everyone of your mistake!
Your ship's booster's aren't enough to outrun the explosive reaction you've caused. Use different planets' gravities to slingshot yourself faster to outrun the reaction you're responsible for. Crashing into space debris will slow you down, and may allow the supernova to catch up with you!

Instructions:
Press Right or Left to control your ship.
Press Down to brake.
Fly into blue planets to increase your speed.
Crashing into red debris slows you down.
Increase your speed enough to move to the next level and warn your compatriots!

Me likey! Made me want to smash up my keyboard a little bit though :) - couldn't get up to escape velocity (is it possible??)

Fun game! I'm reasonably certain it's impossible to win though...

Really enjoyed the quick play, 31k distance. Bit short lived but a very cool concept - I wonder if it could be expanded into something more. It could certainly be a mobile game,

The red asteroids are difficult to spot at higher speeds, to the point of making the game frustrating. Hitting planets for speed was also fairly counter intuitive at first.

I like the slingshot effect (though at first I was worried I would be atmo braking). agree that the asteroids are hard to avoid at high speeds- maybe some indicators before they arrive?

cute graphics. the victory condition is kind of interesting, it provides a natural difficulty curve. it is too hard to win or lose though.

Ha! this reminds me of www.kongregate.com/games/FreakyZoid/run-from-the-sun but in a more simplified control way.

I like the natural difficulty of the planets getting harder to hit the faster you are, but man does it get really really hard up there toward esc velocity. maybe increase the rate of earths as the velocity goes higher?

It's a nice concept, but too pale imho. And I couldn't win =(

The way the objects teleport onto the screen rather than scroll into it is rather annoying.

Fun to play, good match with the theme of the competition. You may want to be careful about the asteroid placement though - they are very often right on top of the planets, which makes it feel like there is no way to win. Early warning systems (or blue planet indicators) would help a lot.

54710, yeah! Fun to play, but I'd really like to see someone beat the level, as I'm quite certain it's impossible. :]

Also, the source link is broken. Should be (ha! the power of deduction):

Cool game but not enough content.
