Well... its in no way finished, but here's my firstest ever Ludum Dare entry.

The idea behind the game was that you had stolen an ultra-fast prototype military motorbike and then had to make a quick getaway. Unfortunately there wasn't any time to include any mini cutscenes explaining this. In fact there was not time to implement much in the way of gameplay, but oh well!

The game is based on a heavily modified version of this tutorial:

http://active.tutsplus.com/tutorials/games/create-a-racing-game-without-a-3d-engine/

I'm not sure if that's breaking the rules or not? If so, shove me in the Jam...

Getting a lovely outrun, space harrier and after burner vibe here. Sad it isn't very finished yet.

When it turned into a jet I was like "Whoa". So in other words, I liked the idea. It was a little hard to tell where the enemy jets would be shooting or coming at you from.

I really liked the warping land scape during the flight stage, but a couple of times it seemed like I was standing still or going backwards. Adding some clouds or random objects to the side of the road might fix this.

Nice 3D effect!
The gameplay reminded me of those old handheld electronic games with vacuum fluorescent displays. :)

Woah! This game is all shortlylike. But it's pretty cool, nonetheless. I never quite understood exactly what was happening and it just kinda... ended, but it's still pretty cool and a good start.

nice old school style racing effect that managed to surprise me when it gets "upgraded".

Space Harrier flashbacks.

Pretty good attempt, thanks for making this.

Nice! I love the scenes where you switch modes and go a level "higher". The rotating terrain also helps a lot.

I really like the graphics. The gameplay is obviously lacking a lot and it's way too short, but it's still pretty fun.
