Untitled by Sandcrawler
Your goal is to control the pellet object to the bottom of the frame were it will drop outside. To get there you can change colors and then pass through that corresponding color. Pickup powerups for a score boost.
To Play:
Unzip the files to a location you prefer, and run Untitled.exe
Canvas.cap is the source file, you will need Construct (0.99.97) in the Construct Classic series. You will also need the Path Movement addon.
The Controls:
Move Left: A
Move Right: D
Jump: Spacebar
Color Red: 1
Color Blue: 2
Color Yellow: 3
Color Green: 4
No color: Q
Restart/Regenerate level: Escape key
Scoring:
You start with 4000 points, changing colors will cost you, changing to red will cost you 5 points, yellow will cost you 3, blue and green will each cost you 2 points. Getting a pickup will give you 10 points. Your time in seconds is also removed from your score.
Known Issues:
Sometimes the sound starts out bugged, as a really deep feedback sound, rather than a beep. I have noticed that restarting will eventually fix the problem.

@ jplur I agree that the controls have some issues, I've been thinking of alternatives, and a few other additions I want to make. The best new controls I can think of are to change it to a toggle, to you would be able to toggle forward, back, and clear it.
The "escape" theme is more conceptual, and I don't expect it to click for everyone. Basically I took the though of playing a Abstract Painting, and the fact that Abstract paintings are designed in a way that continually draw you back in, and meshed the two together. There are many different times and experiences when I have seen people stair at an abstract piece, attempting to come to a conclusion, when the piece more than likely has no logical conclusion, abstract art just is. So maybe they were playing some kind of game instead?
It's a cool idea but at least needs a better interface to be fun.
Notes as I play:
- wish the color switching was a toggle (1 button to cycle through)
- wish I could use arrows instead of A/D to move
