Installing Python is no big deal, but having no executables for any platform will greatly reduce the number of players, you know

I definitely agree with the above comments.

There are tons of games to go through. Without an executable, this will probably be one of the games I go back to once I've reviewed all the others.

Went to the trouble of installing PyGame for OS X Lion, but then it couldn't find bg3.png and crashed :(

It's also missing water.png. The third stage isn't playable without those two assets.

I'm not sure how well this works, but it looks like an option?

Couldn't play; First it says that the bg3.png files is missing, then the water.png. I also found annoying that I can't skip the introduction screen, especially as I had to run it again and again to add the missing assets :-)

As everyone else said, I can't play it with just the source. I'd recommend creating a stand-alone, and adding the missing files.

Same as everyone else, shame not to give them kittens an exe!

Yeah, so you're not helping a lot to rate your game. I had to install python, then pygame, then I figured the versions were too recent to run this, so I had to install older ones (if anybody wonders, python 2.5.4 + python 1.9.1). Then I had to create dummies for missing images, as other commenters say here.... So I could finally play the game. Meh.

Those two levels are actually quite fun, but of course no way to finish the game due to the missing assets. It's a real shame you didn't package this correctly.
