Stelo by saveferris

Better than nothing, but it isn't really a game - it's more like an ambient "controllable demo". I think it might be worth it though if you need to relax.

Bitly is giving a nasty warning about your file. You might want to use the long URL!

Same as everyone else :) going to wait until the link is safe. (Commenting here so I remember to come back later.)

Excellent start! And then...nothing happened ^^.
You've got a great intro! Now go make a game. The graphics are nice and there is a good ambient. You just have to find the gameplay to fit with it!

Dear good people - thanks a lot for even considering checking out my "demo". I'm heartbroken about the friendly attempts of trying to "play" and of course have removed the silly bitly URL shorteners (also fixed the dll problem on win32 and zip issue on osx).

Pierrec - thanks a lot for the motivating words. For the first time I am serious enough to do a game and I am glad that you can see any potential, keeps me pumped! :D

Cool tech demo and music, but not really a game (per your comments above). Any future plans for it?

Whilefun: Thank you for checking it out and leaving an uplifting comment! I'm planning to do a personal "ludum dare" this weekend. My plan is to continue using the awesome löve2d engine to work on the gameplay and start from scratch with the basics with SDL or cocos2d in parallel. I hope this isn't breaking motivation for me though. I'll see - never the less I'm really, really looking forward to being able to work on it.

That's some very nice music you got there! Hope you manage to go further with your game next LD.

I was able to get this game to run on my first try, which is more than I can say for some other entries. It would have been nice if you provided more journal entries on where you wanted to take your game. I hope you learned stuff to apply next time.
