Once upon a time there was a small town in which a hero lived. His town was destroyed and he was late to wake up. Sound cliched?

Well, what if the villain set out to destroy the world is nowhere to be found? In fact, there doesn't seem to be anyone other than the hero.

A humorous yet eerie visual novel remnant of a high fantasy world.

Made using Ren'Py. All sounds by my voice, some creaky-ish floorboards and a bag of dice, edited with Audacity.

Really neat, I liked the atmosphere and stuff. Really fit the theme. The endings were also good with the theme but it didn't stop me from trying everything to get a "good" ending.

I got a lot of black screens. Are a lot of the areas supposed to be just black screens? Were you hitting paper for the music? lol

@SonnyBone: Yeah, there were several black screens either a. because it was dark or b. because none of the images I made seemed appropriate. And it wasn't paper - all I used were a bag full of dice and my own voice.

Really nice game, although I don't see the need for a save option. :D
