Hey, so this is my entry.
It was made in about 20-25 hours,

This was made using unity3D.

I wanted to focus on the "Alone against many" rather than being alone..well Alone, without any people, Hope that does make sense :)

I really enjoyed this game. I managed to get myself stuck in some geometry, but was able to beat the 4 starter enemies.

And then the whole circle started attacking. It was pretty epic.

I could see this being the foundation of a very fun game.

Really cool game. It took me some time to realize there was an offensive element to the game and when I did it really changed things up! I think this is one of the strongest games I've played in terms of the theme so far. Good work!

I enjoyed it. I wish there was some indicator that let me know when I could use my shield again.

Beaten in second attempt! Yeah! A pity it ended in an unfortunate way for the character, anyway. Great game.

It was confusing at first seeing how I couldn't do anything but wait. Then, once I saw that the shield bounced the bullets back I understood what to do, but couldn't see any life label anywhere and the bullets didn't kill me. When everyone started shooting at me then I died. In my opinion, the interface lack some way to tell the player the remaining health and when the shield would be ready again (and even when it will fade off, because of the glowing it is very hard to know when to dodge the bullets.)

Everything else was good and the idea is great.

Really good game, one of the most innovative and fun game in this Ludum Dare ! Should have a background music, but it's always the poor relation in contests like this
