Loved the graphics. Not really sure about everything else. It's strange, just walking around, and the theme doesn't fit at all...

Also, in the web it says this was made for LD 21. This one is 22 :P

I laughed aloud at your writing about kittens being voted against. I was pretty sad that kittens didn't win.

Great pixel art and nice humor. I think some music and sounds really would've helped you out, especially with the board game format.

I wasn't too sure about the win conditions of the game. Getting in a few fights and winning them seemed to be all that was necessary, but it was definitely a surprise to me when I did win. A single player board game's kind of odd to play in general. The board branching as much as it does helps that to an extent.

Also: I was able to get 4 billion catnip by losing 1000. Some good ol' unsigned int wrapping seems to've happened.

Very very very clever. It needs to be much improved, but the concept of board game/turn based RPG fights is awesome! Leading a cat army is a wonderful experience. But it doens't fit much the theme.

I like the concept, and would be super-fun multiplayer.
Locked up for me around 20 turns in, but I got the gist of it.

Still a fun game!
