Abandon by Acheron
In Abandon, you play as an individual who has lost track of their friend while wandering an empty tower. Your friend has dropped a few items along the way, which you can gather while trying to track him down. The game uses simple W-A-S-D controls for movement and the spacebar for jumping. If you die, press any key to reload the last checkpoint. The game was made using the Unity game engine, Blender, GIMP, bfxr and Audacity.

Feedback
For me, the mouse was EXTREMELY sensitive, so it was really hard to move properly. The physics also felt a bit weird. I didn't collect all the items, mainly because I couldn't be bothered struggling with the mouse sensitivity for 30 minutes.
Also, that big dome object near the player's friend didn't seem to have a mesh attached; I could walk straight through it.
Tuning jump is one of my least-favorite things about rolling/managing a character controller... so frustrating!
However I felt that the world was too big. I like the ideas of fractals and huge structures but I'm not particularly interested in having to walk repeatedly back and fourth great distances. It feels like a waste of time.
The jumping felt floaty. I'm not sure if this is preset by Unity but I remember a game from last LD that was the same in that regard. Put some more effort into that since it's easy with Unity.
It felt pretty unrewarding when my friend was finally fully clothed. Something more than 6/6 would have been nice....even a simple "fuck you" would have given me better closure.
I can't say that I was immersed in your world, but I liked the concept of searching for a half naked friend who turns out to be a lifeless thing...and then feeling the urge to dress him up. Living alone in a 3d fractal makes the best of us go crazy I guess.
Nice desolate feel though. I'd like to explore more of this world.
Still, like it. The mood is good.
