on opening index.html in firefox the applet window never loads the game, it also has some reference to a "test.jar" which isnt in the download.

the game is working for me, but I can't manage to pass the second screen, I tried to run and jump, but I can't jump high enough, maybe I missed something. Too bad, coz I like the supercute penguin :)

The goal when I started was to make it in the style of super meat boy. I guess I didn't have enough time to really test the level difficulty by the end. Thanks for playing!

Very ballsy of you to be competing with a new language, but it was pretty cool in spite of that. Always make sure you (or somebody can play though your level), especially if you're ramping up the difficulty of your game--I learned the same lesson this dare.

Thanks for the advice :) I had a much larger (cooler, easier) level I designed, but the respawn system has a bug, so I had to whip this one up on short notice. I learned to bugtest on more realistic level sizes in future.

Great game! Pretty good for learning on the go! Cute penguin and some challenging gameplay.

nice ..especially as your just learning java.. i couldnt seem to be able to jump high enough to get past the 2nd level tho.. (im sure its just me being daft heh)

Felt better when I saw others couldn't get past level 2 either. The first 2 levels had penguins in them though.
