I worked pretty hard on this. It's a side-scrolling shmup. There's a lot of code and art and sound.

Just a wee bit too slow for a shmup.

the speed/pacing made dying very punishing, and replaying somewhat unpleasant.

You have some incredibly high levels of polish on this game. I really like the visual white noise overlay, and the soundtrack is just awesome.

This is really fun. A little hard, I keep dying, but a lot of fun.

This is cool. Great amount of polish! I agree though that the speed is a little slow.

Awesome entry.

Very nice looking, but small area of view add some artificial difficulty. Great entry.

I died pretty hard in this. Liked the Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet vibe.

Nicely executed shmup, but the limited field of view combined with slowness of the game and how easy it is to die made me give up rather quickly.

It looks very good (nice mood :), but the oh so slowness combined with restarting from the start with every small mistake makes it quite annoying... I rage quit after a while :/

Very freaking good! The idea is simple, but the execution is magnificent. I loved the graphics, the level design, the boss battle and the hidden kittens!

Thanks for the amazing game, and nice work!

Edit: It seems that I've played a version where you don't start from the beginning when you die. Thanks for that!

Nice game, feels really polished. Some passages are a bit hard but thats ok for shmup. I found it a bit too dark, didn't see the ship properly and a bit too slow sometimes. But all in all really good job.

As others have said, the slow progress and quick deaths made this a bit frustrating. AMAZING visuals and sound, though. Really atmospheric shmup... whereas most are huge bullet dodge sessions. Good job!

Good job, but too hard! The game should restart faster after you die.

And it felt like I had limited movement on the ship, as if I wasn't in full control. It felt like the ship had to rotate or something to get better aim.

But otherwise great graphics and mood, the vignette especially helps!

Well...it's a shoot'em up...but an amazing one, especially for 48h. I don't like shmup very much but was astounished by the visual and audio, congrats!

Great work! I love this kind of game. Excellent graphics as well. I really liked the screen effect when you use a bomb, very cool.
