Nice! It's like you're eating chunks of a planet. :D

Interesting mechanic. I felt like I was more just trying to survive than actively getting the asteroids to hit Jupiter.

I couldnt figure out how to direct the asteroids to another direction. The kept hitting jupiter and I was getting a little frustrated. Great art though!

A little hard but fun none the less. Good job!

The game is cool. It's quite hard. I was expecting the size of the planet to grow or something when you picked up the debris. That would be pretty cool.

Thanks for the feedback guys, it's all being noted. The size of the planet does indeed grow, except I set the amount of debris you have to collect before that happens way too high. (Every 40 points)

I like the mechanic - playing chicken with asteroids - nice risk/reward thing going on there. Didn't get it at first, would be cool to list the controls somewhere (in-game or on this page). I assume it's just arrow keys unless there's something I missed on my keyboard hunt :). Liked the graphics too.

Very good entry overall! Using the gravity mechanic and having the planet also increase in mass (subtly changing the mechanic) gets 5* on innovation.

Cool little game, nice pixelly explosion effects and the asteroid gravity pull is a good feature. The controls were too jittery for my liking however which affected gameplay. Would more of an asteroids movement system work out better perhaps? or plain ol lock to mouse?

Aside that niggle a nice concept and a solid game, well done!

This was actually a lot of fun! Very interensting mechanics. Made me want to play it more and more.

Nice game. I would have liked to get a little higher on the screen to have more control over the asteroids.

Pretty neat entry. I would have thought that getting hit would just lose some of your resources, but that might be difficult to balance.

I loved this. Only having just one life makes it a little hard. Great idea!

We had quite a similar idea. :) Verry different gameplay on our entries, though.
The concept of using the gravity to redirect asteroids is really fun. The controls could be improved, though.

Wow that was hard. The steering was so fast. What does the earth have against Jupiter? :D

It'd be nicer if Jupiter had some gravity too!

A little too hard perhaps, but quite innovative, I think.

Quite interesting (although damn hard!) Just a suggestion; when asteroids collide with Earth you could make Earth lose size instead of being killed instantly (of course, once the planet shrinks past a certain limit it's game over). You could display current "diameter" somewhere so you can see how it goes up when absorving debris and down when colliding with asteroids. Cool entry. I liked it.
