Ant-hill escape thingy by teomat

[raw]
made by teomat for LD23 (COMPO)
Made using a slightly changed version of löve 0.8.0 found here: bitbucket.org/teomat/love (slight changes to the physics module)

Windows version should work as is.
For the linux version (only 64 bit version available, sorry):
Installing the package found on the official löve website (love2d.org) should install all dependencies needed to run.
No mac version because I couldn't compile it.

Warning:
The animations are crappy, the sprites unfinished, there are no sounds and no music and the hitboxes are sometimes wonky.
Oh, and there is barely two levels worth of content.

Overall kinda crap, but at least I got something done... :<

there's a lot of deps required you didn't pack with it so can't really run and test, mostly libmodplug.so.1 and liblua5.1.so.0 and libphysfs.so.1

@Raptor85:
Did you install the löve 0.8.0 package from love2d.org like I mention in the description? That should install all the dependencies needed.

@vigrid:
Thanks :D
I just put that there because I felt bad about only making two crappy levels. Making those took waaaaayyy too much time and effort sadly.

@graytest:
Install this: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=5555
That should let you run it.

Couldn't run it in Arch Linux ( x64 ) even, when I'd Love 0.8 installed. The Lua lib files were named differently: liblua.so.5.1 etc.
Played in Windows then.

I liked the graphics a lot. They're simple but memorable.

The platforming feels quite stiff for some reason. Also a lack of any sound makes this feel somehow very incomplete.

Nice 8bit gfx, but the terrain doesn't fit. Kudos for using Löve
