made by levelbylevel for LD23 (COMPO)
I coded in Haxe using NME, Actuate, Box2D and a set of tools I made myself which I posted prior to the competition. Art was created in Photoshop and the Audio is my own voice recorded on an iPod and edited in Audacity.

Great game. Would have like more time between nukes to see the complete map, so I can more easily line up my shot, but nonetheless a good game.

60,000 was as high as I got :D Fun game, love the sound effects =D
MarekkPie: I think that might have been intentional - the further away the planet is you shoot for, the more map-time you get as it spins through space - rewarding you for going for the more difficult shots, effectively. I thought this added some extra depth =D

Very solid game, liked the graphics and the sound effects a lot :D

Maybe slight gravity would've been good, I missed some planets really close :/

I had a lot of fun playing this! I love how you only get glimpses of the map so you pay special close attention to the map. And seriously, your sound effects are hilarious. SWOOSH!

Very nice game and the first one that really included humor (the often commented "swooosh" and "ohh :(") : )

Pretty cool, but having the game window be semi-transparent was very distracting.

Best SFX of the Compo.

I do think that the user should have just a little more time to see the full map between shots, as it can be easy to get stuck such that you must fire blindly into space. Other than that, it's a really solid little entry.

Haha, I like it! This would make a great game for phones or tablets - I really loved the simple controls - just 3 buttons to do everything. Graphics were better than adequate, and sound was ok. Well done!

The concept that the difficulty of the games comes from the limited viewport is pretty original. It can be frustrating too, as that you're making it harder in a way that's very artificial. I still like the game.

Liking the "swoosh" sound.

took some time before I finally saw my yellow dot fly from planet to planet and understood the idea ;) original twist on the idea
