Existence by davisan
An action platform game.
There are 3 endings... Can you find them? :D
Controls (configurable):
Left/Right Arrows - Move
X - Jump
C - Attack
TAB - Open Card Inventory
ESC - Pause
Sadly, I didn't have much time to do the audio (only 1 hour)...

My only complaint is that the fighting felt a bit simple. I was able to just mash the attack key and win almost every fight. Even though, it felt really good to fight and beat up those stupid monsters.
Card system was a bit interesting but underutilized, I could see it being expanded into much more. Right now it's basically a way to disguise an otherwise linear progression system.
well done!
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description
p.p.s. very nice style ! I love this kind of pixel art !
Beware of the fact that the background be confused with the platform at times
