Tiny Cavern by mipi

[raw]
made by mipi for LD23 (COMPO)
It's a story focused, platformer type of game. It has multiple endings, although the game is really tiny.

Graphics were created by drawing on hand + scanner.

Sounds were made with sfxr program or by recording self ( whistling + cat sound).

I'm very happy that I managed to do this on my first time on LD!

I used AS3, Flashpunk, Ogmo editor, FlashDevelop, Sfxr, Audacity, scanner, pens, nokia N8 (to record audio) , paint, gimp, paint.net

Controls: arrow keys. (Also N, Y, SPACE, ENTER, M keys are in use, but the game instructs when to use those). M key works for mute / unmute any time.

The whistling was kind of annoying but atmospheric at the same time.

Very sweet, reminds me of of Sissy's Magical Ponycorn Adventure. Loved the hand drawn graphics - maybe next time you can try drawing some pictures to go along with the intro and the endings? Cheers!

Interesting game... It's like a craftsman approach to game making with the hand drawn graphics and the whistling. It was atmospheric too, although way to short..

Kinda trippy, but I also kinda liked it. It's actually everything I wanna see in first-timer, and even a little more, because of its artsy look. I've played thru all three endings, so it certainly entertained me.

It seemed like it wouldn't let me trade with the left guy, but worked on reload. Neat crayon-y art. Congrats on finishing your first time. :)

The art style reminded me a lot to "Sissy's Magical Ponycorn Adventure" but it's a pity the gameplay is so short.
