Good fun, needs a bit more variation in mosters and spells though as it gets repetitive quickly."},{"author_name":"Lumolk","author_uid":"12940","time":"Apr 27, 2012 @ 2:25pm","epoch":1335536400,"text":"Hmmh. Anyway, I thought this was kind of cute, and I like the terrain. I like the idea of charging your spells, but I'm not sure the mouse control really added anything, I probably would have gone with keyboard control. Maybe that's just because I'm using a trackpad, though! I got just fine performance out of it on Chrome."}],"images":["ld23\/12940-4768250a3a6a717f2bc801d0772150a5.jpg"],"links":[{"url":"http:\/\/lproducktion.arkku.net\/Magiaa\/","text":"Web"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"30367","g_author":"12940","g_event":"LD23","g_eventkey":"10","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"30397","g_title":"The Wizardry the Game","g_status":"UCHK1","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"5","g_site2_node_id":"0","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":[],"node":null,"orig_images":["http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/123793\/12940-shot0.png-eq-900-500.jpg"],"text":"In the game, you are some sort of young wizard or something, travelling in tiny and pretty weird world. Or actually, it's infinite world. And completely random. Actually, if you come back to the place where you started, it isn't the same place anymore.\r\n\r\nBut I still say that for real, it's pretty tiny  world. It's just one-dimensional array. So it's kind of tiny.\r\n\r\nAnyway. The point of the game is to wander aimlessly and shoot those alien-like creatures with ligthnings.\r\n\r\nAlso, you can charge your attacks to increase area of effect. And increase damage, if you happen to run into something like recolored version of yourself.\r\nControls are left and right -buttons and the mouse.\r\n\r\nOh and yes, game is made with HTML5 (aka Javascript) and its code (available at your browser's show source-button) is completely valid, according to the W3 experimental HTML5 Conformance Checker (http:\/\/validator.w3.org\/). Yay!\r\n\r\nAlso, this was created for Google Chrome, but all browsers supporting html5 canvas should work. IE refuses to play my .ogg-formated sounds, by the way.<\/p>","title":"The Wizardry the Game"}
