Tiny Worlds by mnem
This is more a minimal plaything than a game really - I was lacking inspiration this weekend :/
You are Gravity, new on the job, and you've been given a trial period by God, before he decides to keep you on full time. He's been handcrafting worlds all over the shop, but He's bored and wants a holiday.
Using your Audacious Powers of Coalescence, you have to form as many planets as you can from the space dust the Boss has left floating around. Be careful! Don't form the planets too close to each other in case they collide. You wouldn't want all those innocent deaths on your conscience.
To activate your APoC, simply press the mouse button, hold it, and drag your gravity point around. When enough bits of dust are close together you will pop a new planet into existence.
Linux users: unfortunately I haven't worked out how to create Linux packages for LOVE yet, so I'm afraid you will have to install LOVE 0.8.0 from https://love2d.org/ and then run the love package: `love LD48_Tiny_Worlds_-_mnem.love`

I will try again later when I am on windows.
Here are things I said out loud (to my wife, who wasn't listening) during playtesting:
"Oh my God, the edges wrap. That's fairly important information. Why didn't it tell me the edges wrap? Crap. I was putting my planets in the corners. Crap. The edges wrap. Crap."
"Hey, if the edges wrap, how come any particles that fly over the edges don't get pulled back by my gravity?"
"That's a lot of carnage. I blame God for not telling me the edges wrap."
So yeah, all on a theme there, but except for that one little point, really enjoyable. Very relaxing. Needs spacey music :)
