You've got balls by The M
This is a game about running, jumping and turning your face into a ball!
It was made by three people as a first try at Unity and we're pretty happy about it.
Also, the sound's probably a bit loud.
Controls:
A & D - move
Space - jump
LMB - Fling your head
RMB - Shapeshift
Have fun!

So this is a momentum and precision-based kind of platformer. My main gripe is that to be a great that kind of game, I would need to see more of the level. It is very hard to execute such precise jumps (that are hard to change mid-flight) with only muscle memory to go by.
It's nice that you can control your air velocity easier in human form and harder in ball form and that you can change in the air. It is kind of annoying when you slide off of an edge and fall into a pit, a ducking mechanic that slows you to a stop VERY quickly would be super nice.
The fact that you used solid colors only didn't detract at all from how good the art is... it's very clear which makes sense for the game.
The main problem it have is the camera. It show very little of what come next. The "small tunnel" level (third?) and the last one are simply unfair because that.
Jump power is too high, can jump over half the level
The sound and art are just what they need to be the animation is simple but it its the mood of the game. The level disigns were also good providing a good difficulty curve.
Another thing that i like is that the ball and human had very different uses - the human had mre precision while the ball was more powerful. Also changing mid air meant that you could pull off some of the more intresting stunts.
A good game.
As a side note, the main bathroom-sign looking character reminds me of another game from a past ludum... http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/wp-content/compo2/233892/2396-shot1.png
