You are a tiny person who has to collect berries without being noticed by the cat. Hide behind bushes or your house when the cat opens both its eyes. Avoid twigs (which make noise and alert the cat). Bring all the berries back to your house.

Controls: Arrow keys to move. Space to jump.

Inspired by the film Arietty (which was based on The Borrowers books).

Yeah. We're thinking of making the hit-boxes for the bushes a bit easier so that it's easier to hide behind them. Also, making it so that the ladder counts as something to hide behind.

Those eyes! What have you done to his eyes! I mean, the cat is so scary, I'll probably have nightmares! ;) The game is fun, but controls are a little too slippery.

Got to the second level but those ladders blocking jumps are just painful.
Nice idea to add branches that wake up the cat.

Really liked this, but the cat saw me just a bit too quickly. The whole "cat is looking at you" mechanic really built some great tension into the game, super good emotional impact there. But yeah, a touch too hard. More sound effects would add even more atmosphere to it. Good job!

I also loved how you hid in front of the scenery to hide from the cat. Cool way for it to work.

Loved it but a bit buggy
couldnt jump when on a ladder sometimes
and could hide behind half bushs in corners

Wow! Thanks for all the comments. I've been away for a while and didn't expect anyone really play the game.

This was our first LD. Will definitely be back for more. :)
