Got it to work, but am unsure what the goal is.

I was doing okay until the third time it got darker.. I was playing with my monitor dimmed all the way (laptop overheating issues) and had to max the brightness, but I still couldn't really make anything out, especially with the game on a white background. Maybe put the game on a black background, or give the player a way to see in the dark (an orb around him or a beam of light?)

I saw that it said to make sure to use the audio, but I wasn't able to do so (my end of things, nothing wrong with the game, I promise!). If that made it easier to play, then sorry :(

Ok, so it took a long time to figure out. But, you may as well just close your eyes. You can listen for the disturbance of the bugs in your headphones and orient the fish in that direction. I just ate 3 bugs with my eyes closed doing this. Impressive, but understandably easy to miss.

Brutally difficult with just audio. Would have been better if the bugs had visual cues that faded to the audio cues over the levels.

@CrossBread
Didn't notice that. Very innovative. Overall I like it.

Already saw this kind of gameplay, but never with this way of introducing it : it's great, well done !

Quite the moody piece, fumbling around in the dark is pretty frustrating, but Im sure that's what you wanted. Couldn't get past the 3rd level of darkness even with brightness on monitor way up.

I had my eyes closed the first time I got eaten. That was really scary! (in a good way) :D

Is there a flashlight available on this thing?

Cool, nice atmosphere - but the third level is pitch black for me, not sure how I'm supposed to play that. (Reading the comments now I see your supposed to detect them by sound but I couldn't really hear anything besides the normal ambience)

Beautiful idea. Without reading the comments I would not have understood what to do. Even after reading the comments I think its difficult. In real life I would feel much more, and I would be aware which direction my body is oriented. Maybe show body orientation. Making the controls smoother and better might also help. Hope you continue on this.

Cool concept, but ultimately not real playable (to me anyway... maybe I'm just really bad at distinguishing sounds)

Best audio of the competition that I've seen so far! :D I found myself "feeling around" with my ears to hear when I bumped the walls, etc. Very well executed. I wasn't sure if the game had ended, but a white fish with no eyes (me, evolved I presume?) appeared for a second. Seriously great audio and mood though, wow.

@whilefun Yes, that is the ending. There actually was supposed to be text on that screen, and the black screen afterwards, but Unity decided to eat the text so... eh, looks good enough without :)

Couldn't get any further when it got totally black. I know I am supposed to navigate with just the sound but darn, it doesn't help me to realize what direction I am looking at. Otherwise this was pretty interesting entry.
