Not bad at all :) Gets a little tiring after a while though.

I really like the scrolling here, but yeah, the game quickly gets boring without end game.

Thanks ! I completely agree with you, that's clearly the main weakness.

oh yeah! I got ALL the apples! I liked the perspective/hill, and shifting size to reach apples was interesting.

Cool Concept. I wish there were more of a reward for the player though.

I liked the concept and the hill has a very cool look to it. It would be nice to have a little more gameplay though, but overall it's a nice game.

the idea is good its just its kinda buggy like for me for some reason every time i hit a arrow key it wouldn't let me move again unless i clicked on the screen. This could be a unity web player bug though.

The concept was ok, but the sound and the lack of more levels or so are the main weakness.
Good game overall!

I love the art/presentation but I agree with others that the game gets a bit old after a short time.

Very original. I always miss the green apples :S

Pretty fun, the progression through the stages of evolution seems a bit too quick though. I spent 9 or 10 levels doing essentially the same thing before I finally died.

Nice unity game. These dodge obstacle while running game are always fun. Not original. But I like the "evolution" game play aspect that added a lot more challenge to it. Nice job.

Yeah, I got 80 apples and didn't feel like playing anymore :P
The graphics are pretty neat though :)

Nice cell/toon shading, actually dig the simple style after playing for a while

I thought the atmosphere was cute.

The main thing missing I think was a strong sense of pacing.

Great! You set it up so that I instantly new what to do. Really fun and an interesting concept!

Fairly simple but clean and neat looking. The changes between stages felt really good too.

Interesting mechanic. Especially liked the "rounded"-scrolling. Could have been harder. Too bad you lost the music :/ Well done!

Nice arcadey mechanic but it doesn't really get any harder as you progress.

Could do with the difficulty ramping up a little when you get to gold and some more variation.

Feels great to play though. Would be great with some music that started relaxed and got more intense as your play.

I like the style of horizon and scrolling stuff. Also graphics are cool.

Pretty good! The nice bouncy cartoon style works well, but overall I'd say the game is too easy. I'm sure you didn't have time but it would have been cool if some additional challenges popped up along the way.

Pretty fun; wish it had some (reasonable) ending - went till the 100 points to see if there is anything after that - nope... Game got tedious after about 60 points.

Pretty good game. It was fun but it gets a little boring after a while. I gathered 67 apples =)

Feels really cool and speedy. A little repetitive though, i unlocked three sizes on the first level and then nothing more happened save more and more fences each level. Since i never died either wither i gathered apples or not it never got challenging..

Nice little game! Pretty good going. I liked the endless levels, although i couldn't help but feel 1 more negative item to avoid would have helped. Nice procedural generation and animations. Good job!

119 apples.

Nice graphics, I like how the edge of the road slid back and forth like old sketchy animations.

Cool game! Though it does get boring after awhile. I found myself intentionally crashing into fences to see what would happen.

not bad - I got 105 apples! I like the idea of having to watch the horizon for incoming apples. I did find that the game pace was too slow though. More frantic progression might add some more intensity and fun into the mix. Perhaps "X apples in a row" bonus with crazy reward or multiplier sound effects or something.

That's a really clever way to do scrolling of a track, more racing games should do that. Could use some more variation in the mechanics and gameplay, but I am totally down with Ikaruga style fun.

+ Excellent! I love the level/scene design.
+ The growth/shrink mechanic is done well and paced nicely.
+ Art, models and characters all excellent for a 48-hour game!

- Game is repetitive, but doesn't get boring for me until after I've unlocked all the growth stages, so you have ~1-2 minutes of attentive gameplay.

Recommendation would be to give a point every second the game is running (like Canabalt), but give a multiplier bonus for the total apples collected. Have the game gradually speed up until they hit a fence, then slow down again.

Well done!
Really cute graphics and shrinking mechanic.
Although I'd suggest to make a game a bit more competitive, because for endless game like this it's very important to be tense, otherwise the player becomes bored. But if you challenge him with short sessions — he doesn't.

very fun game - the scrolling was great
one or two more gameplay elements would make this even better
