Well, not very impressive but the important thing is to participate ;)

Used all tools as originally stated, only exception was to use Garageband instead of Milkytrakcer, did not use Tiled either.

Tools:
- Programming: Haxe, HaxeNME and HaxePunk in FlashDevelop
- Audio: bfxr, Garageband, Audacity
- Gfx: Paint.NET

Instructions:
- Drag and drop to build DNA bases
- Rotate with space while dragging to flip base
- Avoid incomplete bases
- Pick up power ups
- It practically goes on forever, but I guess it becomes impossible quite shortly :P

I think this is a pretty fertile start to a touch-enabled game on a tablet.

I agree with photex; this could be a real fun phone / tablet game. Replace space bar with tapping on a piece before picking it up.

Maybe consider dropping new pieces in a grid on the side rather than randomly placed. The wiggle effect is neat, but it seems to interfere with grabbing pieces.

Elegant, fun game.

very nice game. maybe some warning that you get new halves when you make a connection. at first i though they were based on time and was just trying to solve the first ones but didn't have the proper connections.

Hi, thanks for the comments! I agree that the mouse interface is not optimal (the arm would ache after a while) and would have been better off on a tablet :)

Looks/feels pretty nice, and plays well, but the difficulty needs to be adjusted.
On at least two occasions, I had seemed to have no parts that fitted any of the ones I could see. I actually lost the game because I couldn't make any moves.

I think this has a lot of potential. I like your sound effects!
I didn't understand how the new pieces get made. At certain points I didn't have any of the pieces I needed. Is that something I have control over.
Nice work!

I don't have a mouse right now so it was quite a pain to score anything. However I like this puzzle concept and it could certainly make a mobile game :P

The piece-generation is unfortunately not suited to the incomplete bases being generated. Made a semi-fix to spawn new piece types sequientially, but one might still get unlucky.

Too difficult because we don't have the good piece. But it's fun, good idea and good potential for a phone and tablet. I like audio :)

Nice idea. I really enjoyed playing it. I liked the incidental touches to the game too, such as the voice and the slight jiggle and zoom in/out of the DNA bars.

I like the voice saying "evloution", reminds me of mortal combat series :P
I like the animations and poilsh of this game, though the gameplay is not the greatest :/ Especially frustrating is when You don't have fitting pair of nucleotyde

Fun but a bit hard to understand at first - maybe make the color matches clearer than just having the examples on the title screen. (The shapes are a bit too small to be immediately obvious in-game)

Decent game, pretty fun to play, although I think it might be better without having to flip the pieces at all.
