I couldn't get past the first room T__T

Did the door not open or something? I've tested it and haven't had any issues

I dont know where the shape shifting is but i had a decent time. mechanics could be fine tuned more like jump height and camera.

Incredible game, lots of fun

This is a fun game. I love the different power ups, although they're quite hard to get. Movement could use some polishing.

I enjoyed the progression of difficulty, and felt the urge to keep playing for the challenge of improving. Great job!

Cool game. I like the art. The power ups are not very clear. The camera jump down in the corner is a bit jarring. I like the level progression.

Great music as always and very cute graphics. Like the simplicity yet variety in enemies you achieved for the jam. I managed to get stuck in a wall at the end so lost all of my goodies saved up over 2 dozen rooms. Very nice.

Seemed fun. I really liked the way the bad guys shape shifted. The controls were a bit sluggish and kind of crazy (why not just Z, X, C -- or gasp, a gamepad?) -- I would have kept playing, but I jumped and rolled as I killed the last ceiling dude, to position myself to kill these floor guys, and then I got stuck in a wall. Rapid fire made my screen shake really much.

But this is great for the JAM!! Love how well animated the the sprites are.

Man this one was fun. I was begging for up to be a jump option though. Great game, played very well

What if Metroid...had a low budget ! Good upgrade system which can take the player very far in the game !

Didn't quite catch the connection to the theme, but apart from that very enjoyable and polished! Very fun.

Hey everyone! Thanks for the feedback. If you're wondering about the theme tie in. The Zeno that have red eye will morph into other xeno. You may have just killed them before they do that. :( sorry if it's not clear.

Definitely really cool making an infinite runner metroidvania mash up. The controls were a little difficult as the second movement animation almost kept you moving when you let go of the controls. That threw me off a little. An indicator on the screen of the state of your weapon upgrades would be nice. I arg'ed when I replaced my triple shot with the rapid fire! How come you didn't put gamepad support in? I gasped at that.

Super great start here though. Really liked it!
