Now the concept is...Well I'm trying to wrap my head around it because it seems like a fantasy world that includes evolution. It was odd but it's an interesting odd :) I like your title screen. Lastly, great background music.

A confusing relation to evolution, but apart from the walkspeed being a bit slow, I have no complaints :D

I like this. Collecting Evolution-Pearls-Or-Whaterver-Were-Called was a bit too ripetitive, but great work, expecially for the graphics.
P.S. Sei italiano! Anch'io :-)

i think you should inform the players what the given upgrade does.

Nice! Felt a bit repetitive, especially with the walk speed being slow, but much dodging did help. Enjoyed the boss fight, your AI was pretty good with the shooting and rushing. Audio ambience was nice.

Graphics are okay and together with the background music, there is a nice mood. But the gameplay doesn't worked as expected:

- There is no necessary to fight ne monsters
- You can easily avoid them and use the dodging to sprint through the level to collect the gems
- More enemies at all to make it more difficult to get the gems.
- There should be a save point before the bossfight begins.

I hope you keep up the work and make a post-compo-version :)

Really innocent and fun aesthetic, I probably would have left some of the evolutions later if u want to collect 11 gems, it can get a bit repetitive.
Nice music too.

I liked it! The music was simple but had some kide of magic. In enjoyed until the end. Maybe a little easy since dodging wan't very difficult. Good job Eugenio!

I played Meteor Night on AGBIC too ;)

Congrats, one of the best mood i have seen so far in LD#24.
I agree with the repetitive part, you should maybe give first 2 functions (dodge and fire) for a bit later to make player see the progress.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! :D I agree, the fetching is repetitive and the evolutions should be a bit more spaced out (shooting is completely pointless at the beginning, for example)

I don't think it's clear, but in the game there is only one enemy (Gurl) that is the natural predator of the protagonist (named Sid) and both evolve at the same time. The whole point is to evolve in order to survive :)

I rushed to get this out in time for the deadline as I was freaking out saying "I'm not gonna make it, I'm not gonna make it!!!" Anyway I'm satisfied with it :)
I think I'll really make a post compo version, maybe a much bigger and polished game :)

Graphics were good, audio was also pretty good. I don't know what the gems did after the first three which gave me my skills. But I liked it overall.

The mood is really entertainig, so are the sound effects!
I also really liked the graphics, reminded me of some of the Nintendo DS games that I have played in the past.
Good effort!

Really good mood. Could have done with some visual feedback showing how close the boss is to dying at the end.

Very cool! Smooth movement, nice graphics and music. One thing that bothered me a tiny bit was dying in the beginning, but later on I adapted to the Gurl's sudden attacks. Also, I loved how gurls evolved parallelly with the player.

Fun game, awesome sound. But when I found all 11 gems and Gurl, he run away off screen and never returned:(

A dodge button that's actually helpful to the player? Wow. You've won me over. The guys everywhere remind me of Slenderman. Well played.
