A Shoe-ter.
It's dark, it's got pretty lights, and the evolution part of the game proved harder to implement than I thought!
Still, oddly enough, it does fit with the theme. While it may not be apparent during the gameplay, the AI of the enemies evolves, and so do their abilities.
Same for yourself. Shots get faster/do more damage/shoot longer, and lights get brighter over time.

I didn't get far. Are bullets one-shot-kill? I couldn't always find out, but it seems as if I died quite fast sometimes. The flashlight and overal lighting looks awesome though.

It's very, very pretty, but also very, very hard. Had it had some music, you'd probably have that 'Mood' category all wrapped up.

Google Chrome tells me it can't find the link. It seems like other people have played it before, so has the game been recently taken down?
