THE BIT WHERE I EXPLAIN THE GAME AND EXCUSE THE STATE OF IT:

Tower of Babble is based on the modern 'evolution' of language - txt spk, 1337 5p34|<, and other such wonderful things. The player is an adventurer, attempting to climb the Tower of Babble, solving riddles along the way posed by its guardian, whose use of the language evolves with every floor.

Unfortunately, the game is unfinished right now, though a lot more work has gone into it than it appears - various additional graphics have been drawn and features coded, but aren't in a suitable state to be released right now. I submitted the game in this state since I'm proud of what we've managed in our first time working as a team (especially since we started quite late). Due to other commitments plans for an immediate post-jam version have been cancelled, but I intend to go back to this and past LD projects in some form or other.
