Darwin Fitotherapy by Rorkien
My first entry on LD.
Done with pure java (using just a lib for sounds - which were made on bfxr), this game involves a lot of things, but none particularly fancy.
The main point is about killing rabbits with fruit juice. Try to have fun, i guess.
Controls:
Arrow keys + Z/X/C
WASD + I/O/P
Tips:
-You start with 2 pesky rabbits munching your trees. Expect that number to increase in some minutes;
-Collect the fruits, make concoctions, throw them either at the trees or the fluffy devourers. The strategy is yours to ellaborate;
-If you aim right, you can buff two trees at once with only one potion;
-You can't win the game. You can just survive longer.
-Potions are random. There's no way you can predict what are you going to throw next. But their colors are unique:
*Red: Heals all plants hit to 100%
*Green: Increases health regen on all plants hit
*Light Blue: Increases growth rate on all plants hit
*Pink-ish: Increases fruit rate on all plants hit
*Orange: Incapacitates all creatures hit (Time depends on how many creatures are incapacitated)
*Dark Blue: Awakens all incapacitated creatures

This was fun but I didn't really understand it at first :)
Nice graphics!
I survived 210 seconds... is that good? Well it was fun.
Nice graphics, clean and good. Could be a bit more moody though, but they are very nice.
It was fun to play. Theme wise though I did not see it there. But I guess it sure was a very hard theme so, yeah. Bunnies =)
Urm yeah... nice game.
Here is my feedback. I hope I didn't misunderstood the gameplay.
I think there is a kind of winnig move, to produce many juices and then throw 5 of them while walking in a direction. It results in an area which is covered by the juice.
Sometimes I hit a rabbit and it doesn't died, so I think you should check if you got proper collision boxes.
Is there any reason why the juices have different colors and why different fruits are needed?
Was fun to play :)
I loved the graphics and the gameplay was kinda funny.
Nice work!
276 seconds!
I guess this is just about randomly making potions and hoping they work, right?
