Nice audio! The game gets a little repetitive after some kills though.

You are doing it right. Like music.

Music was nice! The "YOUAREDOINGITWRONG" voice got annoying very quickly however. Visuals weren't too impressive either. Good game though!

Was extremely promising at the beginning, then got tiresome due to the grind. Can't wait to see your next game :).

I don't seem to be making any progress. I put some cats in the dome but then they disappear again as soon as I walk out of the lab. I like the music.

@kibertoad:
did you see the black cat? cause it gives 20%

@bvanschooten:
once you've put the cat inside you have to click again so it get's decomposed, after second thought it makes no sense that you have to click again :D I guess I'll change that in the post compo edition

Had some fun (mainly because I could disintegrate kittens), but would become very boring if it were any longer and once you know what to do, not much of a challenge. Thought there would be more, was left hanging :(

Interesting concept. It got a bit repetitive after a few minutes, but I'd like to see it taken further - i.e. more stuff beyond the radiation chamber. Audio is a bit broken though (Windows Seven 64-bit); it crackles a lot of the time.

Well, it worked. It was odd, and wasn't necessarily fun, though I'll admit, I'd never seen anything like it before. A little more polish, maybe some dangers in the overworld, an additional ability or a few (radiation immunity could still be the main goal) plus an exorbitant amount of added collision detection and I'd play it again!

Good music, but gameplay is kind of boring. But if you'll decide to do a post-compo version with more thinngs to do I will play it with a great pleasue, the idea is promising.

@Priapus
sorry for letting you hang, being able to only do real work on 2 out of 3 days made the content a little thin
@Timster
I haven't heard of any sound issues yet from other ppl, also win 7 64 bit users, do you have some kind of special configuration?
@Gidaio
I'll definitely make a post compo edition with more stuff, as I had to cut features and content more than I wanted. If you're interested then you should keep an eye out for it :)
@sev_inf
I'll try to not disappoint you

I liked the graphics, and the idea of killing cats :), (I am a dog owner ;) ) After about five minutes the game is a bit boring, so on your place, I'd make the cats a bit dangerous. So it would be a challenge to kill some!
Apart from that great game!
Rate my game ;)

I put animals into the bin, how do I know I'm getting anywhere (what am I supposed to do?)

@dietrich
you have to click again to decompose the animal and did you try to click the other machine in the lab?

Ok I see a design problem or bug: You can kill/collect multiple creatures, but only the top/current one counts.

That's because you can carry only one, when you pick up another you throw the first one away
unless you grow some more arms you won't be able to carry more(this is not possible in the jam version)

Interesting concept but I wish there were more powers you could research. The music gives it a nice mood.

Interestin, cool idea but very repetitive. If i hadn't read the comments here i would have given up as i killed about 10 of the light colored cats for 0% progress, once you know to basicly ignore everything else and just find the black cat it's really easy though. Could really have used some more abilities, and maybe some actual combat to kill the things.

I would wish that the bin with the liquid would transform the cats to different other creatures and you could bring them back to the overworld. There the transformed/evolved creatures would reproduce with the basic kittens so that you can put the new generation again into the bin. I think the cool music would fit better to such a concept.

Need more features and maybe more species to make it more entertaining. You have different tiles use them for something - most of the time it is bad to have something that has no real function. And it isn't so good when you walk through the lab door because it isn't opened fully. Music is good though!

Pretty great atmosphere with the audio and stuff the player should do.
But it gets boring fast with that many cats to kill to proceed.

I'm working on a post compo version, which will solve hopefully all issues currently stated. I hope to have it done by the end of next week. After that I plan to take it even further.

No matter how many cats I decomposed, my research ability stayed at 0%. Jeez, I'm not going to kill 1000 kittens just to satisfy that silly meme of a theme. :P

Also, I had to use task manager to exit.

I like the music, and the animations on the lab equipment.

Nice music. I don't understand the gameplay though. I only got anything from decomposing the black cat. Also, I thought that the controls were a little tiresome.

Body grinding is a little repetitive, too bad is the only thing you have to do in this game.. By the way, sound and graphics (especially the animation of the disassembler) are very nicely done!
