NB. 90% of the SFX are missing, there is only 2 (poorly created) music loops.
And yes, there are some collision bugs :(

Awesome music and graphics. Fun enemies and power ups. My only problem is that I'm on a laptop, and the combination arrow+mouse isn't easy for me. I would have prefered WASD (QZSD) + mouse.

@Pierrec I just added an options menu where people can choose arrows or WASD or QZSD, etc. I'll probably post a first post-compo update at the end of the week.
@FredricRP No web or mac versions sorry :(

Nice work ! Graphics are awesome, especially the characters, great 'cartoon' style. Logo design, and the 'all-seing eye' are awesome too, really love the whole esthetics of the game even if I'm more 'into pixel' ;) Music give a weird mood to the game at first. Difficulty increase (and bonuses etc) is fine, even if I had bug that prevent me to go further at some point. Despite the little bug, the game definitely worth a try !

Chrome is telling me it "appears malicious." That's gonna hold a lot of people back from playing it. I uploaded it to virusscan.jotti.org, and it came back as having PUA.Win32.Packer.Vip. I guess that's a packer script kiddies use that comes back as a trojan? I don't know, man. I really want to play it, as it has great graphics and looks fun. But I don't want it to eat my 'puter.

@Chezzo Thank you for the info! But I think it's a "false positive" but I can't guarantee that: everytime I download an EXE file with Chrome, this browser warned me of a potential danger because the file is rarely downloaded...
I tested the zip with another website https://www.virustotal.com/file/c069000a8fb7c22cf2aba8d8238ec83e31b5c295e31b4d9a676e34df903cc126/analysis/1346286043/ this time it's clean with ClamAV so...).
And I understand your concerns; so don't download/play this game and wait this weekend: I'll uplaod a gameplay video ;)

The implementation of the theme is one of the funniest in this Ludum Dare. Besides that, great graphics. It would just be more deserved nag and make the game even more fun!
