I like it, it reminds me of that game where you develop a disease to kill the whole world. Forgot what it's called though xD Good job!

Heh. I didn't know how to end the game, but after a few minutes, something like this happened in my head:

you collect blood + you want to kill everyone in the town = let's puke their own blood back at them and drown them in it. >_>

I'm glad you guys are enjoying it. ♥

I thought it was a pretty fun game! I thought it was going to be painfully slow before I got the "We are Legion" upgrade, but overall I enjoyed it.

Yeah, the first upgrade takes a while, but the remaining of the game runs faster.

Thanks for playing it! (:

I "played" through the whole thing and won! There's something pretty funny about the setup and watching my little dudes chomp people and vacuuming up their blood-dust. And the choice of exponential notation for the amount of blood/kills/etc. is weird and charming. But there isn't much game here; I was confused at first as to whether I could even do anything to influence the outcome!

I don't know how, but this game managed to be charmingly dull. And I mean this entirely in a good way. The premise is just so completely ridiculous to watch unfold that it's more than worth the simple gameplay. Like Tom 7 said, the exponential number thing was just great.

Needs more interactivity and to be clearer. The main idea is original, so kudos for that. :D

It took me a while to figure out what was happening, but after I figured it out it was oddly satisfying.

Thanks for the feedback. (:
I got a bit nervous because of the deadline (it's my first LD) and started coding without a solid idea of what I wanted to accomplish, just to save time. Now I know that's a bad idea. >_>

I wanted to make a short game, but never expected it to lack so much. Now that I can think clearly, I think I could've implemented some sort of tentacles that you could control with your mouse or something like that.

But well, too late for that. d:

Couldn't figure out how to do anything in the game except pop up a buy menu by pressing space?

If you have enough blood, you can click on an upgrade to evolve your minions.

The tutorial at the beginning of the game explains that.

How the blood was flying everywhere was fun.. too bad I could not control my minions to control the pattern of how the blood moves.

There was a lot of blood:)
The really wasn't much gameplay other then waiting and clicking upgrades. It would be cool to see what would happen if you worked on it longer and added more stuff.

A fun idea, with progression/evolution for the monster. It did feel pretty passive; I was trying to figure out which improvements would help more, but with only one real goal (blood flow) to maximize, there wasn't a lot to do, although it was fun watching the gauges fill up. The idea is pretty creepy, though - I wonder why all those people decide to stay in the town and not run away? But that's always true of horror movies too...

That is a lot of pixel blood! And I am apparently not the first to make that comment :) I like short games, so I appreciate the bite sized game, but it just seemed to be, wait a bit and click then repeat a bunch.

So much particles ! It's great to see always more blood when an upgrade is activated.
As said by others, a bit more of interactivity would have been great.
Also the music is nice.
