Moche by Ilod
CONTROLS : UP and DOWN for basic controls. SPACE to split (splitting add a score multiplier - it's a scorring game), ENTER to recover dead screens.

If you find the game fun, check the post-compo versoin, with a border between screens, less bug, a leaderboard...
EDIT : Thnaks for the comments. I've added a post compo version.
Improvements includes :
- Performance optimisation - the game should lag or crash way latter now
- Many bugfixes
- Better lisibility
- LEADERBOARD
- KONAMI CODE
There is many way possibles. In order to explore them all, you must reproduce, and mutate.
To accomplish that, Moche will propose you a small collection of minigames, in which you will be able to split multiple times the screen, cloning and mutating your character each time: in the first screen, he will do an action, and on the second, another one. You will then control them simultaneously, with the same keys.

With a bit more time and thought put into giving the game some objectives this could be great.
Keep it up.
Nice job for the game, he deserves better graphics...
You have a very weird game here. I'm confused, I figured it out, but WOW that's hard to play
The other thing is that apparently there's some sort of split screen feature but I had no idea how or when to use it. It's all so unclear.
@Chaoseed : Progress tracking could be useful, but it takes many place when you split screen (which is with the space key, creating 2 screens for each existing one, one behaving as if you pressed the up arrow key, plus a bonus, the other with the down arrow). Finishing a game is almost instant at first, and takes longer with each level.
@Benjamin: I guess you're right with the arcade game thing: the runner and fighting game are typically the wrong kind of mini-games here. I should have favorized games which procure more distinct situations after each key pressing.
As for limiting the number of instances, it's really depending of the resolution of the screen and power of the computer, so I gave up on that.
