Well, it's not done, but it's late and I have to get up early tomorrow to go on introduction camp for College. They're going to make me an actual DECENT programmer there :D
I'll probably upload a newer, post-compo version with actual gameplay elements beyond choosing a race and one skill somewhere next weekend, after camp is over. Sadly the only missing part is content, really.

Good attempt to approach the theme, though.
What happens when you spend evo points? And what happens when you end turn? Or is it just unfinished?
Also I found that the Resistence tooltip is the same as Effectivenes's tooltip.
Man, I just played a game with good gameplay but no graphics, maybe you should team up with them in the jam or something lol.
Looking forward to a more, ahem, *evolved* version (hehehhe).
