Lair Defense by SharkApple
You're a wizard who wants nothing more than to be left well enough alone. Unfortunately, the Tax Bureau has sent an army of collection agents after you.
It's up to you to fight them off!
Should be playable on any Android phone or tablet running Froyo (2.2) or later. May crash on some devices.
Note: this app requires absolutely no special permission flags to run. HOWEVER! Feel free to manually send me your geographical location, contact list, browser history, and text message/call logs if you want the full "Free to Play" experience

To install on Android, enable "unknown sources" or "non-market sources" for app installation, then open this link on your mobile browser.
This app doesn't have any permissions to read anything off your phone, so it should be far safer to run than 99% of the stuff on the Android Market (hmm, come to think of it, I wonder how much a flash applet could read from one's browser..)
Either there was no sound, or it didn't work, and I didn't understand the need for the "reboot your phone to play again" message. I could play again, but some of the sprites (projectiles and wizards) were messed up, so after killing the app with a task manager and starting again it worked fine. FYI it ran well on an old Samsung Galaxy 551 with 2.2.
Is this all done with simply Paint/Canvas rendering or are you using OpenGLES on a SurfaceView?
Well done on being one of the few Android devs at LD25. It is great to be able to play a LD game on a mobile device.
Wasn't entirely sure what the "Evil Edna" character did but I enjoyed enough to finish it for more App developer rip-take :-D
