In this game, you are a malicious being who and you wander around through the source of Ludum Dare games with your sturdy selecting tool, stealing the best parts of the code.

I have made this game in the last four hours, since I couln't participate on the weekend. There isn't really much to it. I didn't have time to add a purpose, or an intro. I wanted really badly to make an intro, but I guess it is for next time. Anyway, I hope you will enjoy it, at least a bit.

That's a really cool idea. It's actually I pretty fun mechanic. It's a shame you couldn't develop it further.

Works on an iPad and was still fun :)

Still though, you can just tap the top left then he bottom right and just own. Neat though.

I really liked the selection mechanic, but found that if I circle the mouse in the window I can make my selection area stay quite large. If you continue working on this maybe you should add some "bad code" that hurts you if you collect it. Cool concept!

Rather clever idea. And the play mechanic is fun, even without points or purpose. Wish you could have had more than 4 hrs to develop this into something more.

Haha, this is interesting, considering the recent debate on the source code policy.

I think if you had added a lose condition it could have been really fun :)

It should definitely have had actual code snippets instead of horizontal lines. Also the controls are a bit flawed as you can just move the mouse quickly between opposite corners to capture everything :)

I like the game idea though.
