Really fun!! I dig the graphics a lot, and I reallylike the idea - the game is a bit hard, I've played it a few times and couldn't reach the end, but it's fun to play so that's ok!
The music is a bit loud and it seems there was a problem in embedding the fonts, as they look much better in the screenshot

Very well done game.
I like it, polish it and put out to Kongregate with ads or something!

And make dozen of endings depending on what sacrifices you make at which time :)

I love this kind of games... Game feels good, maybe a little to fast for avoiding the bullets... I think there to much things to do at the same time... not really minimalistic...

Really cool concept. I was a bit confused at the ending though. I removed my comms just before the end and was left with just med bay. I didn't die but the game just ended after the command guy failed to contact me, which felt a bit weird. I liked the little starfox-esque portraits and also your take on the theme.

@psychomonster The Minimalism theme can be taken a number of ways. The gameplay/graphics here might not have been minimalistic themselves, but the game is about reducing everything that is not essential which is the very definition of minimalism. At least that's how I saw it. I actually gave this 4/5 for theme.

Amazing game! The concept of having to do sacrifices was very clever, and the graphics are beautiful. Keep up the good work ;)

Thanks for the feedback guys,
@Fynchan The font should have been embedded but we totally forget so the text may look weird.
@Evil Cult There should be 3 separate endings but we didn't get time to test them so it bugs out before the unique ending text.

If we had a little more time we would have improved the control system and adjusted the pacing so there was space between enemy waves to read the text - we will probably do a polished version once our sleep patterns get back to normal.

great game for the time allotted! phenominal actually. however, I didn't get how it fit the "minimalism" theme... There was so much happening.

It was pretty fun, but then I exploded randomly. I like the music.

I really like your take on the theme! The gameplay is good but I felt like the ship is too "slippery" and a bit hard to control, still okay though!

I liked the game a lot. Very innovative. I would enjoy different endings for different choices. You guys should definitely make a post competition version of this game.
