ASDASH by VikingJonathan

[raw]
made by VikingJonathan for LD26 (COMPO)
So.. that was fun.
I'm absolutely exhausted after this jam, and I don't think the game looks better because of it.
It's been a fantastic learning experience, and I hope that I can do the next ludum dare as well.

The game was made in Unity, using photoshop cs2, 3ds max, lmms and bfxr.

The windows version should work on mac and linux, I suppose.
(But there shouldn't be any real reason to not play the web version)

Controls are: WASD, Space, R, LMB.

Total playtime should be about.. 2-5 minutes.

Pretty awesome attempt for 48 hours... loving the sound effects and the gun moving while walking pretty neat.

Nice 3d work for such a short period. Took me a while to figure out I had to reload my gun before I could use it. But why are those cubes so angry at me???

I found a bug that if you fall off the terrain, it will just continue to fall... Good job on making this 3d game for 48 hours though.

Ahahahah, I didn't even realize that the gun wasn't loaded, just thought it was ineffective and the point was to keep running.

Pretty fun game, and well put together.

Not bad for 48 hours! Once I figured out that I needed to load my gun initially it was pretty fun. It would be nice if there was some clearer indication when you hit/kill enemies, and more polish in general obviously, but the basics are all there. The music fits well with the fast pace. Good job!

like the fact that's simple in sounds giving it a retro feel, the aiming although i can't change the sensativity it's a bit weird the feeling when looking around, it is hard to tell if i'm hitting a enemy or not lol
