Making of:
I spend 90% of the time thinking about the game story, concept, characters and plot. Starting a day late with the Ludum Dare Jam, the time ran out and this concept is all that made it to the Jam. But it was tons of fun to do. Although i did research the characters and plot, i did not write the text spoken in the video. I had to improvise that while recording the voice. I also had to cut a scene from the concept to make the dead line of the LD Jam. The game was supposed to feature 4 mini games that go along the plot and give it a sort of metaphorical gaming side - like playing a basic version of guitar hero to find the right "notes and tune" when flirting with the women of your dreams. All in all it was a ton of fun and though this was not finished in time, i´m still much happier with this than with my last Ludum Dare game. For me games are about telling a story and make a environment come to life, not so much about fancy gaming mechanics

Hey, man! Enjoyed the final twist in the story, I was really not expecting it, thinking 'ooh cliché', but you got met ;p did not understand how it relates to the 10 seconds theming, though.

The speech is a bit too long, we want playing more.

@iterative - i know, but this is only a game concept that shows the story, not the game play.

Wow, that story took a very dark turn. The visuals are interesting to look at, the narration is really good, and the story is engaging. It's too bad you didn't have enough time to implement any of the mini-games you had planned, but for what it's worth, I thought the mood of this entry was excellent.

This does have a really good story with a dark twist, and the artwork is brilliant, but in the end I was wondering what all of this had to do with the theme. It felt more like a short movie than an artistic game. :/
