Awesome as ever! Loved the ram-raiding and the central mechanic is really tight. I hope to see an extended version of this...

This was really good! The polish was amazing and the gameplay was really, really fun. I liked your approach to theme and the fact that it's a turn-based shooter.

All my stars are belong to you. Please make a post-compo version.

I am awarding you a 5/5 on every category because Steven Seagal's presence alone merits the highest of rewards.

(and the fact that, by watching the result of your game and how polished it turned out to be, it is obvious to me you did not get an hour of sleep in these 48 hours.)

Wow, this is awesome, I can't believe how much you did in 48 hours! Crashing a van into a building to make an entrance is a mechanic that needs to be used in more games for sure!

Definitely the most polished and complex entry I played so far. Really well done. It's good to see a bigger game on Ludum Dare from time to time. :)

really enjoyed the turn-based type deal of it.. the mechanic of it plays out well!

crit: I just thought steven was stronger.. like he could carry like 20 hostages and not be slowed down even a tiny bit.. so.. its a little unrealistic in that sense =)..

Impressed by what you got done in just 48 hours, and probably the funniest game I've seen so far. Reminded me of a mash up of frozen synapse and hotline Miami, good job.

Wow, this game is amazing. I'm impressed you got this all done in 48 hours. The gameplay balance could use some work, and there are some bugs, but you probably already know that. I'd play a full version!
I'm feelin' the Hotline Miami in this.

This is really, really impressive. Would love to see a more developed version of this or maybe a video of you playing because I'm not sure how exactly the game should be played. It is really cool and stylish and funny, but I struggled to find how to play the game "properly", if at all possible. Mighty amazing achievement anyway, though

Amazing interpretation of the theme! Really unique turn based concept, although I think it would work really well with more time (out of your control since this was 10 sec theme) or maybe some other kind of rule for movement (distance or number of shots/etc). This would make for an amazing post-compo game, so I'll check out your latest version right away! As always, your games are really fun and engaging. Great job!

Haha, when I saw "Steven Seagal" at the game list I hardly believed in my eyes. Kudos for the reference!
And then, to my amusement, this is not only the best Seagal game ever, but also one of the most solid games I've played so far. As many has pointed out, there's some Hotline Miami vibe there (might be the flashing colors), but it's also very different. It's really fun and challenging, it requires some serious planning and it takes some time until you manage to avoid getting everyone killed. The AI could be *much* better, though. Generally enemies will gang up against one single unit or get stuck in walls. But given the time restraints this was really well done.
In any case, bravo! You really should keep working on it! :D

Amazing. So well polished and FUN! The guns are satisfying when they connect. The gameplay is innovative. The music and sounds are good. I'm all kinds of impressed with this entry!

My only complaint is that it's not obvious that the game can't be beaten, and I invested a little too much time trying before coming back here :).

Thanks guys, I am working on various post competition missions for it now (and endings, so it shouldn't be too long I wouldn't think, real life got in the way of progress), I will throw it up on my site where the post - comp version is hosted when it is done.
