I don't feel like I can even rate this. Either I'm missing something or there is no gameplay. I can' even get past the first platform :(

Music is amazing.

Jumping and collision were weird, so much so that just jumping from platform to platform was frustrating

The music is great, and the art style is nice, but I'm having difficulty understanding what is happening in the game. Some symbols just disappear, the wife/daughter mourns (which does make sense), and you turn into a pulsating cloud when you are over the woman on the top, and even though the sun set you can still move around. I'm not quite getting what the game is trying to tell me.

The to people standing next to each other used to be your parents that you remember, and they died early in your life, the baby turned into your wife mouring sybolizing it was a silent birth, and the pulsating cloud it a bug...

Couldn't get past the Mediafire puzzle.

Same, mediafire didnt help with captcha + virus on the ads

I really liked your art style and your music, you also had kind of a solid idea, but the game programming and polishing was lacking.

I will give you some of my impressions, I hope this help you next time:

* At the title screen, I tried clicking "start" but nothing happened. If you are not going to do mouse input, do not place a "button" like on your screen, and tell the player as soon as possible what are the commands (space for jumping?)

* The platforming needs work. The jump is really short, but the character can somehow glitch into the next platform, even though visually he cant reach it.

* Also, when I played the second time around (after dying the first time), the game did not end when the sun reached the bottom of the screen. Check if you are resetting all your variables!

I just got the jumping and made it to the top. I dont fully grasp whats going on though?

Jumping mechanic needs a lot of work. some more direction on the win/lose/gameplay?

That's my experience too. And I'm not sure what's up with the hunchback angel? And yes, the jumping needs a lot of work.

I like the graphics and the music though! It looks rough, but still pleasing, and the minimal animations work well.

Love the art style but I'm not sure what the objective was and the game wouldn't fully display for me.

I like the simple art style but I'd suggest working on the feel of the controls as they were a bit disjointed. Otherwise a good solid game though, the music was nice too.

The graphics attracted me to play the game, but it seems to be buggy. I cannot jump higher than the first platform. After 3 sunsets the sun hangs and you can play forever.

As far as the game, I LOVED the artwork. I really was feeling it. Congrats on your first Ludum Dare.

Music is really nice, but you should definitely distribute it in some lossy format (to reduce download size). The game itself was little bit confusing (at least for me) sometimes :-)
