It's not really a game, I suppose, but I definitely liked it. It's certainly better than my first game was!

The story is nice and the graphics are simple but do their job. The one thing that this game needs is more interaction, there's nothing wrong with focusing on the story ( example: To the moon ) but it needs to be a game after all, and that means getting some feedback.

It's a good first LD entry, well done.

Slight as far as gameplay goes, but quite an engaging little story in its own right. Much better written than I was expecting, and the chunky pixellated style works well.

Where was the game?

as others have mentioned, it could have been cool with more interactions. Maybe they could even unfold different varieties of the story.

Either way, good little story, It was written in a realistic way that i think almost anyone can relate to in some way. And the art was very nice. Good atmosphere overall!

But yeah, more game next time, and this could go from good to great!

Quite good for a first game but I missed the interaction with the player. The amount of dialogue content is great though

I absolutely liked the adventure idea and the grafix, but it was not really a game, as it didn't let me make a single choice???
It only went through the first 4 epsiodes and i never saw a menu to make a choice...
But other than that: nice and creative!

"Shit... you are a terrible liar".

Was not expecting that choice at the end. I felt really bad taking either decision. Great entry as far as that's concerned, would have preferred more decisions though.

Dramatic story, somewhat melancholy. Very good, for what it is, but having one choice in a game is pretty weak gameplay. Although I did have to go back and try the other choice..

It's pretty cool, I'd prefer an actual game though.

A good start for a first game. A mature and engaging story

Dru people are saying it's not a game that means you've made it. You're a better game developer than I.

Cute pixel art style, like other people have said, it would have been nice to be able to interact with the game!

Don't know about the others, but for me this game was truly amazing!
Although the gameplay was almost about absent, the story was so well written, that was enought to get me completely sucked in, even for a short experience, what is pretty impressive.
It would be awesome to see you working in a full-fledged story-driven game.

That's an impressive amount of content for a 48 hour entry (especially for your first game) and a nice story that kept me engaged for the whole time. Nice work!

Real deep and a whole lot of fun. I love the timeline . I kinda wish there was more branching. Great story though. Please rate my game!

good story and writing, and simple but effective art. a lot of people wants more interaction and choices, i don't think it does, it's good as it is. branching stories are nice and all, but this is too.

Not really a game, but great graphics! I featured it in a Ludum Dare 27 compilation video, if you would like to check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-HQ96z_y-M

Really nice. Great story and a solid writing. I would've preferred having more choice, but can't have everything, right? :-) Good job.

Very touching story, well written, with fine pixel art. Game or not, who cares ? It is really enjoyable. And for a first production, congrats.

It's good to see that some people did visual novels for the competition because I simply love them. I enjoyed your work very much, the graphics are simple but I liked them and the story is really touching and very well told.

It's great visual novel, climatic with nice graphics. But for me it shouldn't be called game.
And for future... please, don't store saves in "documents and settings", use local game folder.
