Sadly core pieces of the gameplay, like having the dog enemies ACTUALLY TAKE DAMAGE, didn't quite make it into the game in time, and our musicians on the team didn't finish the sounds \/ music either. \r\n\r\nAlthough the game is clearly far from finished, the experience was still very valuable. Some of the scripts written to create this (e.g. the Animation manager and Platforming control scripts) have some promise to be used in further collaborations as well. It was a lot of fun to learn about how to write state machines that handle player movement and animations.\r\n\r\nLastly, a big shoutout to Pix3m for his wonderful pixel artwork (which is, by far, the most polished part of this endeavor). Definitely check out his other works at\r\nhttp:\/\/pix3m.deviantart.com\/\r\n\r\nArrow keys to move, z and x for sword and knife attacks!","title":"Metroidvania [INCOMPLETE], "Fleeting Nights""}
