I knew I didn't have a lot of time, so I decided to do something that wasn't too complex: a ten second text adventure.\r\n\r\nThe player wakes up in a room, where they can see a digital display on the wall that reads 00:10. Each command they input will take up one second of their time, and the display will reflect this. What happens at the end of the countdown is bad.\r\n\r\nThe player can attempt the game as many times as they want and in fact will need to in order to gather the information necessary solve the puzzle and escape their fate.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, the game is as of yet unbeatable and somewhat bug-ridden. I hope to rectify this in the next couple of days as I will have more free time. However, the environment can be interacted with to the extent that one might get the illusion that the game can be beaten.\r\n\r\nOne final thing: the code is very messy, and I realised halfway through that an object-oriented approach would have been much more effective. Please don't let this lower your opinion of me as a programmer! Like I said, I did not give myself a lot of time.","title":"t minus"}
