Lost in the Snow by Fritzendugan
(Post-jam version: minor balance fixes and graphical updates to make things more obvious. Also added a tutorial.)
You are lost in the snow with your only friend. Try to find supplies to make a fire and maybe survive in this snowbound land. If there were any other survivors, they are surely dead. Only your friend survived. He happens to be a huge reindeer. Or moose. or something.
Read the help screen for hints and controls. I wanted to do a tutorial as well as a million other things but ran out of time :( Currently only two enemies exist, and the rounds go on forever! See how many rounds you can beat ;)
The game does support the Gamepad API in Google chrome. Connect a gamepad (I tested with a 360 controller) and you can control the players with it. This only seems to work in Chrome.
Also, the game can be played like a local-multiplayer co-op game, if you like. This probably works best with one player on the controller and the other on the keyboard. Otherwise, one player just controls both of the characters.
(sorry if the graphics look blurry, I couldn't seem to fix that in firefox. It should look crisp in google chrome)

I couldn't progress very far, but the art and music was good. I also like the idea of controlling the two characters at the same time.
I think the lack of audible or visual feedback when chopping down trees might put people off trying for longer, I think I found this more confusing because some trees just seemed to fall instantly.
Either way, I hope more updates are made for this, I enjoyed it :) Though I was playing on my own, I do like the idea of playing it coop!
Thanks for all the great feedback so far, please keep it coming :)
