Rooms with Runes is a dungeon crawler. You start with only one of each rune, and that's all you get. You can choose to expend the runes from your inventory ('I') for a powerful effect, or wait until the end of the level to trade one for a permanent buff. Fight your way through the labs by stabbing the slimes with your pencil!
