Place and rotate pipes to let the water flow to the end of the level.
Controls:
Click on a pipe that is already in the world to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise.
Click on a pipe on the sidebar, then click on the world somewhere to place that pipe there.
press the green play button to start a level
press the purple undo button to undo your last change
While the water is running, press the red cancel button to stop the water and go back to editing.
While the water is running, hold down the blue fast forward button to speed up the water.
Remember, you can only make one change!

Personally I also thought that the water flow was way to slow.
It's hard to get tough puzzle when you have only one turn, so probably some additional mechanics would help to solve it, but anyway, nice idea and good implementation, imho.
Lifting the one move restriction, allowing the laying of multiple pipes, making the water run immediately so the user is under time pressure to find a solution, making the water leak out of open ends, and so on could make a very nice little puzzle game, and with nice artwork could really be a polished little piece.
