To answer a couple questions:\r\rThe crash when pressing enter "to begin" will happen when you don't unzip the JAR along with its data files into the same place. When you start the tournament, it tries to seed your opponents but can't find any. If I had it to do over I'd probably have it display a more descriptive error message.\r\rThe super-speed matches are AI-vs-AI matches. Since it is a 8 way single elimination tournament, there are 7 matches, 4 quarterfinals, 2 semifinals and 1 final.
