Seahorses by agentultra

This game is completely unfinished and almost unplayable. I entered at the last minute and am a Dad and had dad things to do all weekend... so really I only got to spend like 10 hours max doing this. However it was fun.

I have a really cool twist for this based on the theme... sorry for the lack of sea-horses. They're supposed to kiss when you score.

Maybe next time?

The goal is to "lock - in" the letters for the current word as they float to the top, guitar-hero style. Just type the letter on your keyboard when the bubble is in the target area.

I only barely got as far as implementing scoring (but it doesn't display properly). There's supposed to be a timer to put the pressure on and a better distribution of letters to make it actually... playable. This game is totally un-fun. You'll end up sitting there waiting for the one damn letter you need. So no timer.

Eventually there would be level progression to bigger words, items, baddies, etc.

And sea-horses.

Still.. first LD and had a lot of fun. Cheers!

I still like the physics and the cool way the bubbles float to the top. And at least it's different from the million other mining games out there. Well done!

I'm a big nutter for word games, so you got my attention right away. The effects of the bubbles and the concept is well executed.

You should really focus on a more polished version, I would LOVE to play!

Keep up the great work!
