Controls tightened, better UI, and other minor fixes.

Controls:

Repeatedly click LMB to pedal
W/S Tilt forward
A/D Tilt Left/Right
Move mouse to pivot Left/right
Hold and release Space to charge a jump
ESC to quit
Press R to restart

Well... the controls don't seem to work for me :(
Pressing F does nothing, so how do i move forward ?
And you should add the ESC button in case I run full screen so i dont have to use alt+F4

Very hard. I just couldn't get past that 2nd bat no matter how many times I tried.
There you see though, it's still very addictive, so I had lots of fun with it :) Well done!

I managed to last more if I didn't touch the keyboard, just using the mouse :P It's hard but fun!

An interesting idea, but very challenging.
