Magma Diver

Navigate lava currents to mine for Unobtainium in magma.

Collect small chunks of purple Unobtainium ore.

Grey rocks are worthless.

Dark purple EMStones are dangerous to get close to but valuable when destroyed.

Use your thermal and sonar sensors to detect and avoid hot spots (rapid heat increases) and air pockets (disrupts steering).

Return to home base at the top when heat gets high.

Missiles/charges are limited but do not generate heat.

Lasers/Beams are unlimited but will generate heat.

Controls
Left/Right - Rotate
Up - Accelerate
Down - Break;

Z - Missiles
X - Lasers

E - Sonar Sensor
T - Thermal Sensor

Good Luck

Bugfixes:
Lava current strength corrected for difficulty.
Thermal and sonar depth correction.
Dying no longer breaks the upgrade system.

Interesting game, at first the controls are unnatural but you get use to it. Didnt go really far though, need to practice more :)

Controls took a while to get used to, but felt good after getting used to them.

The rotation controls felt inverted to me, and I couldn't quite get used to them. The game is also quite difficult, even on the lower difficulty level, but the mechanics are definitely promising. I really like the graphical style of the thermal and sonar sensor views, but the main view looks very aliased to me.

Good work on getting a store in there in the time frame, always nice to see little touches like that on top of core game mechanics
